Foods I Cook pt 1

Part one of my "Foods I Cook" series is one of my favorite. Swedish pancakes are essentially thinner pancakes but thicker than crepes (and much better). The recipe is simple but I make them and then roll them up and put cinnamon/sugar, a little agave, and some fresh fruit which this time was strawberries and blueberries inside. Needless to say it was delicious.
